Cheesy, Creamy, Green Bean Casserole

2 family sized cans of cut green beans- drained

1 can cream of mushroom soup

8 oz sour cream

8 Ritz crackers- crunched up

Sautéed onions

French fried onions

Shredded cheese- 1 cup



Optional ingredients:

Milk- if you want to thin the mixture some

Real bacon pieces- topping


Pre-heat oven to 350

Saute some chopped onion (Sometimes I skip this if I’m in a super lazy mood). In a medium bowl, combine onions, beans, soup, sour cream, crackers, salt and pepper, and a half cup of cheese. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake for 20 min. Top with French fried onions and the rest of the cheese and bake for 10 more min.
